ICSSH2026 Was Successfully Held in Suzhou, China During May 21-23, 2026

According to the similarity of the topics, the 12th International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities (ICSSH2026) and the 10th International Conference on Education and Information Technologies (ICEDUIT2026) were jointly held at the Wyndham Garden Suzhou in Suzhou, China, from May 21 to 23, 2026. Experts and scholars from various universities and research institutions worldwide gathered to engage in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge issues in education, artificial intelligence, and social sciences.

The conference featured keynote speeches delivered by Dr. Martin Zhao and Dr. Vojko Potocan.

Dr. Martin Zhao (Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, Mercer University, USA) introduced an AI system called “CharActER” for teaching Chinese characters. By combining storytelling with generative AI, the system helps learners understand the structure and history of Chinese characters, demonstrating innovative applications of AI in language education.

Dr. Vojko Potocan (Professor, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor, Slovenia) discussed the impact of AI on problem-based learning (PBL) and proposed a modified PBL model that emphasizes the responsible use of AI while preserving students’ critical thinking and innovation skills.

Subsequently, several scholars delivered concise oral presentations. The conferences also featured a Q&A session, where participating scholars actively engaged in in-depth discussions with the speakers, fostering a lively atmosphere of academic interaction.
